UFC Through the Mail Autographs (TTM) Show Off – 4/7/2014 – Jake Shields

Posted on Updated on

Thank you Jake for the autographs. I received this a few weeks ago and finally got around to putting up a video. I like Jake as a fighter and ambassador to the sport. He’s been fighting for over 15 years and has always been an underrated and kind of an underdog type fighter. He’s defeated absolute killers like Tyron Woodley, Carlos Condit, Robbie Lawler, Dan Henderson, and Jason Miller.

As I’m writing this, I just found out that the UFC released him. It is truly a sad day in this fan’s eyes. Shields doesn’t have knockout power and flashy moves, but he’s determined, has heart, and will grind you out.

I’m hoping Jake bounces back and comes back in another organization stronger than ever.

Thank you for the autographs!

UFC Through the Mail Autographs (TTM) Show Off – 4/6/2014 – Ryan “Darth” Bader

Posted on

I am a fan of Ryan Bader. He has the knockout power and the wrestling background like Cain Velasquez and Jon Jones. His fights are exciting, and he puts on a good show for the fans.

The last several fights have been up and down. He lost against Glover Teixeira and Lyoto Machida, but won recently against Anthony Perosh late last year. I look forward to seeing Ryan back in the Octagon in a few months when he takes on Rafael Cavalcante.

Thank you Ryan for the autographs!!

UFC Through the Mail Autographs (TTM) Show Off – 3/16/2014 – Cung Le

Posted on Updated on

I was pretty excited to get this one back. None other than Cung Le. I am a fan of his because he’s been in the martial arts world for so long. I remember watching ESPN late at night and I would see him in San Shou fights and he would always be taking guys down. Then he transitioned to MMA, he did well in Strikeforce and now in the UFC.

I also met him in person a few times. The first thing I noticed was how cut and buff he was. I asked him what his routine was and he said he’s in the gym all the time. Not bad for a guy in his 40s. I hope he fights a few more times before he retires.

UFC Through the Mail Autographs (TTM) Show Off – 3/11/2014 – Randy “the Natural” Couture

Posted on

This is a quickie video. I received a few new autographs from one of my all time favorite fighters Randy “the Natural” Couture. I’ve been a fan of his for so long, and he’s truly left everything in the ring. Couture has had such amazing battles against Chuck Liddell, Vitor Belfort, and Pedro Rizzo to name a few. My favorite moments of Randy were when he dominated Tim Sylvia and Gabriel Gonzaga. On top of that, he put James Toney in his place.

Salute to Captain America!

UFC (TTM) Autographs Show Off – 3/10/2014 – Two of the best Lightweights (feat Gilbert Melendez + 1 more former champ)

Posted on Updated on

Today I received two UFC through the mail (TTM) autographs. Both came back in a very short time within a few weeks. The one I was really excited about was Gilbert Melendez. He resigned with the UFC, will be doing the Ultimate Fighter against Anthony Pettis, and has a lot to prove. He signed a total of four cards and made them out to me.

The other one I was a bit disappointed with as you can tell in my video.

Thanks for watching!

Through The Mail (TTM) Show Off – 2/27/2014 – UFC President Dana White

Posted on Updated on

This is my first through the mail autograph showoff. For those unfamiliar with through the mail, if you send a self addressed stamped envelop to someone, they will sign a few things and mail it back to you. It’s an easy way to get a few autographs. But there’s not guarantee you will get your items back, and the process can take several months sometimes.

Total price: .92 cents for the two stamps and a few cents for the topps card and envelopes.

Message me if you would like the address for Dana White.
